This company has been established for a number of years and specialises in manufacturing and supplying Bio-Decontamination solutions to the Scientific and Healthcare industry. This rapidly growing organisation now has a requirement for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team in Hampshire.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for all issues relating to product and process quality within the company. You will act as a catalyst in driving quality improvement initiatives forward whilst ensuring compliance to relevant quality standards.

Other duties within this role will include:
-Gaining full compliance and accreditation to ISO 13485 standards within the manufacturing department
-Building an effective and motivated quality team within process control, inspection and quality assurance engineering
-Reviewing current quality metric suite and ensuring all key business issues are appropriately reported and managed
-Reviewing the structure and function of current quality management systems and proposing improvements to address training and continuous development

The suitable candidate will ideally be educated to a Degree level (or equivalent) in a engineering discipline, and have previous Quality Assurance Management experience within a medical device manufacturing environment. Experience of working in Regulatory Affairs is highly desirable but not essential for this role.

Cambridge based software house are looking for an experienced Java AJAX Software Developer to join their market leading company. Working alongside a first class team of scientists, software developers and software architects, the successful candidate will be concentrating on a variety of projects from developing web services and enterprise applications through to the development of the Oracle backend that supports these applications.
